1) No refunds. Online purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange

2) Online merchandise may not be returned to any retail store

3) Returned items must be – depending on the item – unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached.

4) Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original order date. Returns made beyond this time will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.

5) Certain items may not be eligible for refund. In such cases, there will be a note in the product page.
